Yields: 10 servings
Ingredients: 3 cups uncooked pasta 1 (20oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained 1 large orange, peeled and cut into chunks 1 cup red grapes, halved 1 cup green grapes, halved 1 medium apple, chopped 1 large banana, cut into ¼-inch slices 1 (8oz.) container plain yogurt ¼ cup orange juice concentrate
Preparation Directions: ~ Cook pasta according to directions on pkg. Drain and rinse with cold water. ~ Place pasta in a large bowl add fruit and mix gently. ~ In a small bowl whisk together yogurt and orange juice concentrate; pour over fruit and pasta. Toss to coat. ~ Refrigerate for several hours to blend flavors.
