Paul Sherlock worked for Oxfam as a water engineer from 1974 until his retirement in 2011. He pioneered Oxfam's approach to humanitarian crises, and was at the forefront of our response in Cambodia (1979), Ethiopia (1984), Rwanda (1994) and countless other emergencies.
