Layout Editor tutorial part 1 provides an introduction to the layout out graphene FETs on a purchased graphene wafer. The introduction provides background on the wafers, tools, and design rules used in the layout tutorials. This is part of a series of tutorials that shows how to construct graphene FETs and test structures on a purchased graphene wafer.
