We all know a farmer with a back injury. The shocking thing is how easily it can happen. One mistake can lead to a lifetime of doctor's visits, time away from the farm and financial strain. In this video Tipperary farmer Pat Maher describes the accident that caused him a serious long term back injury and offers some straightforward advice on how to make sure it doesn't happen to you.
