First, click on the customer service link at the top of the page. Click on "Return and Exchanges" on the left side. Here, you can either log in to view your order, or enter the order number and email address you used to place that order. Then click Create Return. Enter the quantity of each item you wish to return. Select the reason you are returning the item.
Next, select if you want a replacement or a refund. If you select the replacement option on the form, we will ship the item after receiving the returned materials. If you want a replacement, but need the item right away, select refund and place a new order. Please provide as much detail as possible about your return in the box marked "Notes" for faster processing. Then click continue.
There is no restocking fee for items returned within 30 days. For returns after 30 days, a restocking fee may apply. If you would like to also receive a UPS shipping label check the box below the refund total.
Finally, click Submit and print your RGA form. Be sure to include the form in the Box with your return. If you ordered a shipping label, you will receive an email at the end of the business day with a link to the label. Apply it to the box and bring it to your local UPS store.
