FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Gamepad / Controller (PS3) filters for easy targeting (FATEs, Missions etc)

I wanted to make this Final Fantasy 14 (XIV): A Realm Reborn video to show you some tips on how to make your gamepad / controller experience much better when trying to target things in game. This is especially useful for missions / quests or FATES, or even in the cities when your server is extremely busy.
