Health attacks in Cuba and China have caused several victims to suffer damage in the inner ear and brain trauma. "60 Minutes" investigated these illnesses and spoke to some of the victims. What they found suggests the illnesses could be the result of a foreign attack. CBS News correspondent Steve Dorsey has followed the case closely and joins CBSN to discuss what's next.
