I'm playing around with Surface Pro, testing what it can do. I've been checking out how it supports the true reason I bought it for, work, but decided to see what it can do with games just for fun.

Using just the touch cover to play is not easy, but, it can handle it. Even though it's not a gaming PC, it performs well enough to use on the go. With a different keyboard and mouse it does better than I'd expected!


A few have asked about the video settings used.

Resolution: 1280x720 Global
Shadow Quality: Very Low
Model/Texture Detail: High
Effect Detail: Medium
Shader Detail: Low
Multicore Rendering: Enabled
Multisampling Anti-Aliasing Mode: None
Texture Filtering Mode: Trilinear
FXAA Anti-Aliasing: Enabled
Wait for Vertical Sync: Disabled
Motion Blur: Disabled

These are the Default settings when you load the game on Surface Pro.
