Criminality, deliquency, violence, disease, immigration, unemployement... It seems there're all reasons to be affraid ! But where does this feelings of danger, insecurity comes from ? From our own experience ?
The "Mean World Syndrome" is an expression invented by George Gerbner, expression highlighting the idea the repeated and homogeneous contents of images at TV increases our suspicion, causes some fear.
In this episode, Gull intends to study this hypothesis by redefining on TV news and at al. reports.
