During the February 29, 2008 Central Election Commission's (CEC) Taiwan Presidential Campaign Forum, the Chinese Nationalist Party's (KMT) candidate, Ma Ying-jeou (馬英九) remarkably said these two completely opposite things just 42 minutes apart:
1) I have said many times before that I do not support recognition of Chinese academic qualifications
2) I support recognition of Chinese academic qualifications

Does Ma think the voters of Taiwan aren't paying attention?
