This is taken from my (Burton Richardson's) Choke Em Out and Science Of The Fight DVDs. "If you want to learn how to fight, you must practice fighting against someone who is fighting back!" This is a line I came up with after decades of training. It is a very simple concept, as most truths are. Who should train with resistance? EVERYONE! When should this kind of training start? ON THE FIRST DAY! How about people with "disabilities"? I call them "DIFF-ABILITIES", as people referred to as "handicapped" actually just have a different set of attributes to work with. So, as you will see, EVERYONE TRAINS WITH RESISTANCE!!! Special thanks to Clay Johnson and Glen Leonard for participating. Thanks to Brian Crenshaw for hosting the seminar.
