Why the #WTFU Campaign Will (Unfortunately) Fail

Unless Youtube creators actively change how they use Youtube, the Copyright system in place will probably continue despite the Where's the Fair Use campaign happening right now. Youtubers will need to stop making monetized videos and videos that have the potential to be claimed if they want these policies to stop.

Google won't change their policies unless they take a hit financially, and the only way to do that is if the above happens or there is a mass exodus from Youtube, since Google takes a cut of every video that is monetized.
