@regmisk Sorry it took us so long to reply! The o-rings should be seated entirely inside the trench. If they are outside at all, screwing in the caps will damage them, and we'll need to send you new ones. For the cartridges, the A cartridge goes in with the red ring and raised nipple down--push down firmly to seat it--and the B cartridge goes in with the red ring and raised nipple facing up. Hope this helps!

Make sure you know which line is the inlet line before inputting them into the bottom of the unit , because they wont come out after that . The pdf file from the website says they are colored white and blue , but that wasnt true .

@aquasana Ok thanks! Also, do they filter out fluoride?
@mrminerbeats If you do not have a screw-on mechanism, do you have a vegetable sprayer? The countertop filters don't work with those. We'd recommend you try one of the under counter filters instead. Those do require an extra hole in your sink. At any rate, if you call our customer service, they can walk you through choosing the right filter for you! 866.662.6885. Thank you!

What about if your taps don't have a screw on mechanism? Are there any variations for other tap designs?
@candipoox Having the diverter on your faucet should not alter the water flow of your faucet when it is not in use. If it does, please give us a call. You might have it seated wrong, and we can help you troubleshoot! 866.662.6885. Happy drinking!
Does the filter disturb the rate of flow for the normal water you arent drinking? Like if I want to wash dishes, I dont want to use the water filter.
How to make sure the ring and the cartridges are installed properly?? Nothing is mentioned in its manual.
