http://www.movedamnyou.com Ever wanted to achieve a pinnacle of ridiculous bodyweight exercises? Do you like belonging to an upper echelon of ridiculousness but just haven't become THAT ridiculous? WELL YOU CAN! TODAY! Well not today but in a few months if you work at it a lot.
P.S. My range of motion sucks in this video because I was in a rush when I shot it (also lingering elbow injuries from my early twenties blah blah extension pain blah excuses blah). I'll probably remake this in the future so it doesn't look like I suck so bad.
