http://www.movedamnyou.com Ever wanted to achieve a pinnacle of ridiculous bodyweight exercises? Do you like belonging to an upper echelon of ridiculousness but just haven't become THAT ridiculous? WELL YOU CAN! TODAY! Well not today but in a few months if you work at it a lot.

P.S. My range of motion sucks in this video because I was in a rush when I shot it (also lingering elbow injuries from my early twenties blah blah extension pain blah excuses blah). I'll probably remake this in the future so it doesn't look like I suck so bad.

you dont straighten your arms.. cutting corners.. I can do I arm pull ups, hanging on the arm, fully straight, fully extended..

im only 13, so i tried this, and right know im at the one arm on the bar and the other arm on the side of the door

when u move down after pull-up or chin-up, put ur hands STRAIGHT and then do another, now they were always a little hooked.
only 2 months? damn man thats pretty fast. did u ever do any weighted pull ups? or just the bodyweight stuff
