Pigeon Cam!

A pair of pigeons laid a pair of eggs on my balcony, so naturally I decided to live-stream it to YouTube.

Since then, not a lot has happened. One of the eggs hatched (that's the beak you sometimes see poking out from under the parent). The other egg never hatched, but the parents don't seem to realise and still try to sit on it.

Both parents are involved in raising the baby pigeon (squab), but you'll hardly ever see them together. They take turns; one sitting on the squab for hours while the other goes to do whatever pigeons do.

The stream is coming from a Raspberry Pi, via a cheap wi-fi dongle, all powered by a portable battery. So the stream is unreliable and goes offline a lot. Also, it's offline throughout the night because you can't see anything and I'm charging the batteries.
