Go to twentypullups.com for a neat pull up routine I did not do the routine for a while but I know it helped me back then. If you wish you can do this program with chin-ups, dips and muscle ups if you wish to.


Twenty Pull Ups Challenge let's see if you can take on the challenge!

Tip: Do push-ups after doing the pull-ups, this will improve your overall fitness and potentially would improve your pull-ups. If the program entails you to do 10 pull-ups then do 10 push-ups afterward and then rest the given amount of time.

Remember, if you have any health concerns it is always best to consult with your medical professional for advice on adventuring into a new exercise routine.
