So, here is my week 1. I did some wort of work out on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. I am SUPER proud of that...especially, since that is more than I have done consistently in a long time. I do need to add some weight training to this routine, though.
I did *pretty* good with eating, but I could definitely do better. I was having a hard time at the end of the week and I didn't know why. All I wanted was chocolate and cupcakes....I now know it was because AF was about to pay me a visit. CD 1 was Sunday....great.
