This video provides a demonstration of the Reverse Pec-Deck Flye. While seated at a reverse pec-deck machine, grasp the handles and contract your rear deltoid muscles until your arms are almost straight out to your sides with your elbows bent. Relax your muscles to allow the handles to return to the starting position. Repeat until you have completed your desired reps.

This exercise will work the deltoids.
