The EU's foreign ministers have been discussing today ways to cement the fragile ceasefire in Ukraine. Stepping out of the summit, the bloc's foreign policy chief said Brussels will continue working with - not against Russia, on resolving the crisis, while acknowledging progress had been made on the ground. RT is joined by journalist Bryan Macdonald.
