Great news, an entire high school football team has joined my athletes in training with us at the new gym. The best part is they are extremely dedicated. Their coaches come to every workout and provide excellent support as their athletes get stronger quickly!

Here is a glimpse at their program.
Monday's Workout

1. Bench Press 5 x 2
2a. Close Grip Bench 4 x 5
3b. Thick Grip Supine Rows 4 x 12 (hockey puck bar)
4a. One Arm Military 4 x 8
5b. Dumbbell Windmills 4 x 8

Finisher: Plate Stack Walks (I meant to get a video out of this, it's awesome biceps, shoulders and core)

With large groups we break up the finishers and the accessory works based on needs and abilities. In the strength workout video below you will see thick rope hand over hand sled pulls and a few other exercises worked in.
