Love peanuts and chocolate together? Reminds you of Snickers? Try this addictive, easy granola made with quick cooking oats. A great healthy snack, quick and easy! Based on David Lebovitz's recipe.


Oats - 75 grams - 3/4 cup, I use Quaker (please read note)
Peanuts, salted or unsalted - 50 grams. Toasted and coarsely chopped
Bittersweet or dark chocolate chips - 3 tablespoons
Salt - less than 1/8 teaspoon (or to taste)
Smooth peanut butter - 2 tablespoons
Honey or maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
Water - 1/2 tablespoon
Vanilla - 1/4 teaspoon (or cinnamon)
