Our son Reece was diagnosed with autism at age 3 and 1/2, didn't speak until he was well over 5 years of age, and has had multiple challenges in his lifetime. He was asked to speak at his High School Graduation, and credits his success in earning his diploma to his experience at an iLead Charter School - SCVi Charter in Castaic, CA. Because of this small, caring and challenging environment, he was able to thrive - and now will attend college in Fall of 2018.

Reece is inspirational to all of us in our family, mainly because we saw him struggle so very much - and we saw him WORK so much harder than his peers. It is with great pride that we share his graduation speech with you - in hopes that it will inspire other kids like him to keep going ... and to find a supportive team to help them be successful.

- Renee Bowen, Reece's Mom
