I get a lot of questions about the research I do, and how it is useful to athletes. This is the first video in the series What I Did On My British Vacation. This episode talks about the Critical Power, the W' or Anaerobic Work Capacity, and how using up the W' is a big reason why athletes fail when doing workouts or fatigue at exactly the wrong time during a race.
