Why do we work so hard at CMU? Are there things in life that hard work can't get you? How do our worldviews shape the way we work?

In our first annual Veritas Forum, we're getting the campus community together to explore the meaning and purpose of work. Beginning with a living-room style discussion between four CMU professors with agnostic, Christian, and humanist worldviews, followed by audience Q & A, and then finishing up with mixed student and faculty discussion tables, we're in for a thought-provoking evening of honest and open conversation about some of life's most difficult questions.

A free event sponsored in part by Student Senate and your student activity fee.

WHEN: Saturday, February 25 at 7pm (doors open at 6:45pm)
WHERE: Rangos Ballroom
WHO: Emcee-d by Johanna Soderlund (BHA '12); Panel Discussion with CMU Professors David Kosbie (Computer Science), Marie Norman (Anthropology), and Mike Smith (Information Systems); moderated by Paul Johnston (Music History).
