The fantastic retro girl group band does a remake of a song originally recorded by the Short Cuts in 1959. The Short Cuts were Mary-Ellen and Margie Keegan. "Don't Say He's Gone" was used as the B-side of their original single, released in May 1959, while "I'll Hide My Love" was the A-side. Both songs were written by Mary-Ellen. The single did not chart nationally in Billboard, but the A-side charted locally in the Top 20 in New York.

The lead singer of the Pussywillows is April March.

Released on the 1988 album, "Spring Fever".

Written by Mary-Ellen Keegan.
