We do not get enough water - we're dehydrated and don't even know it. Andreas Moritz tells us what signs and symptoms to look for to tell us if we're not getting enough water. Many of the beverages we are drinking now, are dehydrating us (such as coffee, tea, soda and sports drinks). Not getting enough water can cause diseases.
