The 2012 MLB Trade Deadline has come to an end. Some teams were winners and some teams were losers. SB Nation's Amy K. Nelson and Steven Goldman take a look at two such teams, the Philadelphia Phillies and the Los Angeles Dodgers. Phillies are losing their clout as a dominant force in baseball. With lengthy and expensive contracts, along with aging players, the Phillies are looking to rebuild. The Los Angeles Dodgers signed Shane Victorino to help their outfield, and adds a solid bat to the lineup. They will continue to look for offense, as well as search for pitchers.
