http://www.ntvuganda.co.ug/ The US Secretary of State has said that Uganda's increasing incidences of HIV are worrying and that the country needs to make more use of the preventive methods against the HIV virus. The comments came at Reach Out Mbuuya, an organization that cares for HIV/AIDS orphans whose parents died of HIV and AIDS as well as taking care of adults by providing them with ARVs. The US government has invested extensively in Uganda since 2004 when George Bush implemented the PEPFAR program or the The United States President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief since 2004 which helped put a significant number of Ugandans on ARVs.
