- Grab leg or side of chair with hand for pre-stretch. (Brace Hand)
- Use opposite hand to pull head toward underarm of Non-Brace Hand.
- Head should be rotated toward elbow of arm that is pulling on head; looking at armpit during stretch.
- You should feel a stretch over the neck and shoulder blade.
- Hold stretch for 30 seconds (don't "bounce"), perform 3 sets.
