Tomato rice is a very delicious and simple to prepare recipe. Pureed tomatoes are sauted with spices and then added to rice
Rice cooked with ripe juicy tomatoes along with aromatic spices is delicious and tasty treat to the palate.



1 tbsp broken cashewnuts
1/2 tsp channa dal
1 to taste chilli pdr
1 piece chopped ginger
2 piece chopped gr chilli
4 cup cooked rice
1 pinch cumin
1 sprigs curry leaves
1 pinch garam masala pdr
1 tbsp ghee oil
1 pinch hing (optional)
1 pinch mustard
1/2 number onion
3 piece red chilli
1 to taste salt
3 numbe tomato
1/2 tsp urad dal Directions

• Heat some oil and add the red chillies,mustard ,cumin.and hing, add channadal ,urad dal and broken cashew nuts and add hing
• When they turn color, add the chopped onions and fry them till they turn transperent

• add chopped gr chilli and curry leaves and tomatoes
• Fry for 5 minutes.Add any spices and keep frying
• for a minute.
• Add the boiled rice and adjust the seasoning
