The songs Roger Hodgson sings, often referred to as "Supertramp songs" are songs that Roger wrote & composed alone - that is how he creates music. He will often hear the musical composition first, then the lyrics come. Sometimes he will hear the whole song complete inside himself before he puts it down on paper and records it. When he was with Supertramp, he would make a demo of the song and bring it to the band for them to learn their parts. Supertramp as a band never wrote and composed together, there were only two songwriters for the band. The songs Roger sings lead vocals on are the ones he composed the music & lyrics for, and the songs Rick sings lead vocals on are the ones that he wrote.

"He is a consummate musician that takes his craft seriously. Every aspect of his performance was flawless." Classic Rock Revisited

"This is the real deal: a legendary music man, in brilliant form and shimmering presence, supported by a tight, terrific band. When you can catch a show, go. An evening with Roger Hodgson will raise your standards of concert-going." Huffington Post

"You & the brilliant musicians with you gave us such a treat, so many long-loved favourites that span the emotions from rejoicing and laughter to aching longing and tears and others that were new to me which I will look forward to hearing again."

"Simply spellbinding, the rapport you have with the audience is wonderful - so intimate and I loved hearing your interpretations of each song."

"You took me back to 1973-1982, all the times while going through my teens and more, tears were on my cheeks, your music filled my heart and memories, those special moments, every song significant somewhere in my life. "
