Teens in Athens, Greece take to the streets with rocks and molotov cocktails to protest the government and its large-scale austerity measures.

The Greek parliament meets to vote on proposed austerity measures while outside their society polarizes itself. All pretences of togetherness vanish as the lines between authority figures and protesters are blurred, leading to street battles and, ultimately, one man's death.

Tankies are literally as bad as fascists. Left unity is a trap.

Let me go ahead and clarify that "The Anarchists" are anarcho-syndicalists and anarcho-communists. The "Communists" of PAME are Marxist-Leninists.  Marxism-Leninism has historically failed, and represents replacing capitalist hierarchy with state hierarchy. Anarchism has actually achieved communism before, in Catalonia (1936-1939) and in Ukraine (1919-1921), but Leninists have only achieved dystopian, oppressive, degenerated "workers'" states.

This is what happens when you let money become more important than people. Capitalism the scourge of the 20th century over shadows the 21st. To future generations get your act together and never give in to money. NEVER

They should unite as one and fight the police, not each other!

When i got back home that day, i turned on the TV. Members of the right and most fascistic parties of the parliament where congratulating PAME and KKE  for what they did. It was the first time in my life i saw people that where supposed to be revolutionaries to guard the parliament against the rest of us. They had their backs turned to the parliament and their foreheads facing the people protesting. Cops and PAME where throwing rocks against me that day while i was standing at Sintagma Square. You know the deal, how revolutionary can be, the "left" hand of an oppressing system. This is a day that the KKE and PAME showed their true face. The law passed, a man died, we all went home... My eternal thanks VICE for this video!
