At the start of the Council of Europe's NGO Forum on diversity, Fidéle Mutwarasibo, Integration manager at the Immigrant Council of Ireland, discusses multiculturalism in the country.

He reveals his own personal experience of being a Rwandan in Ireland and offers his advice on how the Dublin authorities can ensure the successful inclusion of the nation's newcomers.
