NMO: Gouken Patch ( for final gouken release)

Gouken to be released. Not a full character keep in mind.

I uploaded the video before with all the details but it got aborted.

All super commands are changed for consistancy. see video

Some special moves have been remapped and commands changed for them

ex mode might get axed and some of the removed removed from the coding/air/and cmd

new system features with the new focus attack code provided by Mugen guild memeber rolento(hopo i got that right).

please leave feedback as this patch was only made to adress many peices of feedback and this is my responce to it. i now how my teacher and more coding skills to fix certain problems.

lastly i fixed moves so that they are not spammable anymore and i fixed the frame invincibily (adjusted for the teleport)
