This video covers a non invasive method of fixing the chronic overheating and slow cold boot with Windows 10 that you might experience with your TOSHIBA Qosmio X70-A-12W gaming laptop.

You can take it apart and refresh the thermal paste on the heatsink assembly if you want to, but this video covers a fix that doesn't require you to dismantle anything.

And it includes a handy tip you can use with any laptop to check if you need to clear a possible cooling airflow blockage - without taking anything apart.

The changes to YouTube now mean that I don't get any advertising revenue from my videos - I have the views, but I need over 1000 subscribers.

I'm never going to get rich from this, but it is nice to get something... So if you've watched this video then you can buy me as coffee using the Ko-fi link, click Like or click Subscribe. Or all three!
