Most widely popularized by James Cameron's ''Titanic'' (1997), the RMS ''Titanic'' sunk during her maiden voyage at 2:20 A.M. (ship's time), following her collision with an iceberg while sailing from Merseyside, England (United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland) to New York, United States; the ~1560 casualties that followed (approximately 70% of her population) warranted one of the most horrific non-martial oceanic disasters.

A public piano was used this video, which is why I purposely made the visual quality very poor. Also, it so happens this particular piano has a very squeaky pedal, so you can hear that at times.

"My Heart Will Go On" is the main piece from Cameron's film. I started teaching myself this song in around 2005, and it happens to be a special song for me as it is the first "serious song" I started teaching myself. Sheet music was used for this rendition. I also used a basic digital camera and poor video-editing equipment, which is why there is so much background interference (such as page-turning) and low video sound.

I also have a video that teaches my version of "My Heart Will Go On" without using sheet music. However, I never did get around to completing it and it is severely outdated. If anyone wants me to make a proper tutorial, I will do my best, but it is hard to say when I'll get around to doing it given my personal schedule.

I intended to make every single syllable match up to the notes, but...I just don't have the patience for that Xd Also, normally I don't allow comments for the finalized version of piano videos, but since is such an eventful song, sure why not... And I haven't uploaded a video in 3 years :\ I'd invite you to check out my Channel, but YouTube's gone pretty screwy, so...I've stopped managing it. Heh, when I was still fresh on YouTube, I thought I'd have a long list of dedications. Those are still up on my earlier videos, but I'm not gonna do those for a while. I must dedicate user MrsJosephAdamJonas18 because she contributed to helping me learn this song, but I don't think her Channel is up anymore...

May the nights bring you all wonderful and inspired dreams. Near, far, wherever you are, may your heart live on. As people, we have the potential, the potential to become magicians to introduce minds to doors of wonder, doors that open worlds of enlightenment to others, works of gripping magic that leave truly profound lifelong effects. It is our privilege as people to hold potential. It is our duty as individuals to concoct philosophies that can vanquish fear, provide the inspiration so that we can find meaning in this pursuit we call life, to provide humanity with the sanctioned bliss it needs so that our hearts can and will beat on. Have a strong heart to work hard, and a fresh mind to work with. That is how stories of success are written and the symphonies of stature are composed.
