The process of joining college can be both overwhelming and quite exciting as well. While in Delhi it was the beginning of the sale of forms, in other states the process began earlier and in Mumbai the sale of forms is already over. 100 percent - this was the cut off mark for a prominent college in New Delhi for a sought after course last year, so at a time when getting about 90 percent and more is common and being turned down even with the best of marks is more than common, what can a student do?
