GTA V PC: Meeting Trevor Early - a glitch

Michael hasn't actually met Trevor at this point in the game, I played half of the mission of the introduction to Trevor. Half way through the gun fight with The Lost I just quit the game.

When I joined the game after restarting GTA V, I spawned in this area (fun fact: two tables spawned in the same position too).

After playing around with the tables and chairs (I could surf the glitchy chairs) I noticed a suspicious man not reacting to the surroundings...
