Sets went like this...
Parallel Box Squat - W/u 225 x 3 275 x negative, messed up pins 275 x 1 295 x 1 PR 305 x FAIL --Dang, haha! I was hoping to get 300+. Oh well, still great PR's. I focused on NOT looking at myself (mirror right in front of me) and looked upwards instead. Seemed to help. 315 is just around the corner.
Squat Lockouts @ Elbow (when standing) - 225 x 5 275 x 5 315 x 9 PR --Guy was yelling at me to do more. In the beginning I was kind of hesitant I could even do one LOL, managed 9! Felt amazing. Legs were shaking like crazy after and I almost fell over.
