For more on the recipe, check out http://mimicooks.com/2008/05/hummus.html Ingredients: - 1 can Chickpeas- any brand- Drain and wash - ¼ cup lemon juice - ½ cup Tشhini sauce - 1 Teaspoon Cumin - Crushed Garlic - Salt to taste - Parsley, Paprika or Sumac and Olive Oil for garnish
Directions: In a food processor mix all the ingredients and process them on high speed. Pour into a serving bowl, garnish with parsley, Sumac, Cumin and Olive Oil, or you may garnish to your liking using whole chickpeas and Olive Oil.
