MONTGOMERY COUNTY -- A Meadowdale High School teacher has been placed on paid administrative leave after being accused of striking a teen with cerebral palsy. The mother of the student, Tamikio  Burrage, said her 16-year-old son Keith is confined to a wheelchair and can't walk or speak and  has  limited use of his arms. She was told Wednesday that Keith was assaulted in the school's cafeteria, by a teacher.    "I was shocked.  I'm hurt, and I'm angry at the same time,"she told ABC 22/FOX 45 reporter Chelby Kosto.Sheriff's deputies said the incident was caught on the school's security cameras. The video is not being released, but deputies said the student was visibly agitated on the video."He appears he may be flailing at the teacher. The teacher ends up striking  the student twice in the shoulder," said Major Dave Hale from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. Burrage took Keith to the doctor and although he is not physically injured she's worried about his behavior. "He's been acting different  since it happened," she said. The 49-year-old teacher has been placed on paid administrative leave.  Deputies said she could be facing assault charges."I think she should do jail time, I really do," Burrage said.  Burrage said the alleged assault raises other questions. "How long has she been doing this to other students? Has it been only mine?
