This simple, plain English explanation of two commonly confused computer terms will make a lot of sense. Please note this is the earliest of my videos and I apologize for the lighting and picture quality! Note that while a more modern SSD (Solid State Drive) technically works differently than a hard drive, BUT, they both are drives to store your files and so the only difference that's important for the average person to understand is that SSDs are faster but more expensive per gigabyte. Pretty much everything else I had to say back in 2008 still applies.
