The Pinball Arcade is getting a Mega Patch on the first of April, which will not only introduce 2 new tables, but also improve performance, lighting, textures and fix bugs on a variety of tables. What the specific fixes are is not known for the moment.

YoYo Games have announced that they are adding support to GameMaker Studio for the PS3, PS4 and Vita free for licensed PlayStation developers. Notable games made with the Game Maker engine include Hotline Miami, Spelunky, Risk of Rain, Gunpoint and all of Vlambeer's work. The feature will be placed in beta immediately after GDC, while the official rollout will take place over the next few months.

Two release dates for you this week: Freedom Wars, Sony Japan's upcoming hunting game, is coming to Japan on the 26th of June, with two patches guaranteed in the future to add features including online play, player-vs-player and multiplayer modes. No localization date as of yet.

Also announced this week is Corpse Party Blood Drive, the end of the story arc started in Corpse Party on the PSP. The game will release in Japan on the 24th of July. Blood Drive has been confirmed to have 3D exploration and super-deformed representations of the game's characters.

The US finally received the Crunchyroll anime streaming app this week, along with NHL GameCenter and Qello Concert streaming as well. Sony have also confirmed that Gaiam TV, Hulu Plus and Redbox Instant are coming sometime in the spring.

Aztez, a 2D high speed brawler created by Team Colorblind, has been announced for Vita and PS4. The game swaps between a historical risk-like mode and a 2D difficult scrolling beat'em'up. There's no date as of yet.

Final Horizon has been revealed as the next game from the developers of Total Recoil, Eiconic Games. For the PS4 and Vita, Final Horizon is a tower defense game set on multiple planets. No release date has been detailed as of yet.

And finally this week, Home, a 2D PC horror title created by Benjamin Rivers, has been confirmed to be coming to the Vita and PS4 sometime in the near future.
