A song written and recorded in a couple of hours by three retired Scots who were depressed to find their golf course closed because of rain. Ian McCalman wrote the song and George Archibald and Iain Smart joined him in the recording. Allan Taylor later added guitar. Whitehill House is the name of the course hence the title. This was written only as a bit of fun but we decided to call ourselves "Winter Whisky" (seemed to suit retired Scots) and are now getting involved in fund-raising for Maggie's Centres Edinburgh (cancer patients' support) so watch this space.
