Springtime is here, nourish your brain with the music of Vivaldi's The Four Seasons!

A brief biographic sketch of Vivaldi:

The great Baroque composer Antonio Lucio Vivaldi was born in Venice, Italy on March 4th 1678. Vivaldi is without doubt recognized as one of the premiere Baroque composers of the Baroque era. In his time Vivaldi was also regarded as a virtuoso of the violin and was also an ordained priest, this at age 25, of the Catholic Church, known in some circles as the "The Red Priest" ("il Prete Rosso") and this due supposedly to the color of Vivaldi's hair. Perhaps Vivaldi's best and widely known work is the one featured in this series, The Four Seasons.
