The government has passed a law that allows elderly parents to sue children who don't visit them. The country's one-child policy is being blamed for increasing cases of neglect in a rapidly ageing population. But the new law has been criticised for being too vague. Al Jazeera's Scott Heidler reports from Hong Kong.
