👉🏻 Amazing bee stinger IN ACTION! OUCH!!!

See many more beekeeping and bee sting related and interesting videos on our blog with a NEW VIDEO added regularly - http://www.mahakobees.com/blog. This video shows a bee sting pump venom from its stinger sack furiously. This is what happens when you get stung by a bee. Part of every beekeepers life. In this short bee stinger closeup video, I setup a macro lens and magnifying glasses and pulled out a stinger from a dying Honey Bee from our apiary. It was almost dead, and I made sure she does not suffer off course. However, as you can see, the stinger continues to spasm and pump the bee venom for more than 5 minutes after it has been removed from the bee. The more venom / poison is released into your skin the more painful and more swollen it can get. Remove the bee sting with a nail by scraping it away. Never squeeze the venom sack to pull it out. Hope you find this video interesting.

Beekeepers get stung by the bees. It's part of being a beekeeper, but be careful if you or anyone in your family is allergic to bees. Be prepared and always have an Epipen on hand if you are anaphylaxic (meaning react severely to insect related allergic reactions), and always seek medical help immediately by calling your local emergency number.

Hi. As mentioned many times in the comments section, we used poison and venom interchangeably as the two are often translated the same in different languages. In deed, the substance itself (venom or poison), IS or may be actually the same. It is the delivery of that substance that we describe using a different word i.e. POISON is ingested or absorbed, whereas VENOM is injected. Therefore, in the case of a honey bee defense system, the bee stinger "injects" the "poisonous" substance - therefore correctly referred to as BEE VENOM.
