After breaking my lens on my TS1 and calling up Panasonic to get it repaired.... and finding out that regardless of who I spoke to, and which number I got through to, nobody wanted to help me get it repaired.
The camera was under warranty, and regardless of this fact and even my gestures to pair for repairs the customer services were more than useless. Sorry Panasonic, you make great cameras, you employ crap support staff.
