We traveled through the Danish Village of Solvang nestled in Santa Barbara's wine country near the Santa Ynez Mountains! We stayed at the Hamlet Inn in Solvang. Really fun little city to visit with all of the Danish architecture and influence. We had Danish pancakes with strawberries, bacon, Orange Juice, Coffee, hash browns, eggs. Paula's is always good.
