A few video clips from floating and fishing down the North Fork of the Snake River in Idaho. This was our first time taking these little Lifetime Kayaks out on a little white water. Also it was first time hiking down to lower mesa falls from the parking lot. We could not find any sort of trail so we just brushed it down the side of the canyon. We went through some really dense trees and two rock slides. We packed a very awkward 40lb kayak, a paddle, backpack, and our fishing poles.
Once we got down to the snake river is was worth it, I will do anything to experience some great Idaho Fishing. It was a great outdoor experience and one that I will never forget. When we go back again we will skip the rock slide, we found a trail further down the river the bypasses the rock slide. We had never been down this stretch of river but we checked it out on google earth before hand.
Another great outdoor experience in southeast idaho!
